We offer full support packages for both routine and critical updates.  We'll work with you to define your needs for the foreseeable future (usually the 6 months to a year), and we'll put together a support package that meets your requirements and budget.

Yes, we can work with any hosting company, and any email provider.  However, we may not be able to provide total support for your current hosting, email, or other existing services. We offer complete business hosting services for web sites of all sizes and all needs.

We include SEO in every website we build - including optimizing your HTML code, meta tags, image tags, and CSS.  Top 10 (first page) Google results are typical for your key search phrases.  We also advise you during development to ensure your site content is optimized for Google ranking.  Prior to launch we offer suggestions and strategies for boosting your link popularity and for making sure your site continues to rank well.

Yes, all of our code is open source and fully compliant with the latest World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) standards.  As part of our final checklist, we verify that your website looks great and functions properly across all platforms, including iPads and iPhones.

Yes, we include Google Analytics™ with every website we build so you can check your site stats and traffic at any time.  Our business hosting package includes semiannual and on-demand stats reports.

You do.  Our work is done as work for hire, which means you own the copyright to everything we do for you.  This includes the website, the underlying style sheets and code, all the graphics, logos, and development files.
